Braised Pork with Potatoes and Green Beans

Pork belly500g

Rock sugar50g

Cut the skin-on pork belly into 3cm cubes

Soak for 15 minutes, then blanch in boiling water and drain

Prepare scallion, ginger, spice pack, and rock sugar

Use a little oil to fry the pork over low heat until oil comes out. Remove the pork, use the remaining oil to melt the rock sugar until it bubbles, then add boiling water and set aside
