Preserved Egg and Ham Egg Custard
Saw this online and noticed no one had organized it here, so I’m sharing it with everyone.
Ingredients
Preserved Egg3 pieces
Egg5 pieces
Ham Sausage3 pieces
Steps

Cut the preserved egg into quarters. Wetting the knife with water makes it easier to cut.

After cutting, place them into the mold.

Add the diced ham sausage in the center.

Separate the egg whites and yolks, then whisk the egg whites.

Pour the egg whites into the mold.

Place into a steamer to heat and set.

Add the beaten egg yolks and return to the steamer to set.

Remove from the steamer, cut, and plate to serve.
