5-Minute Braised Pork Belly in Pressure Cooker

A wonderful method taught to me by an industry insider: braising pork belly in a pressure cooker takes only five minutes! Isn't that super fast and satisfying? Impress your guests with this dish! I'm not sure if this method requires high pressure specifically, as I only have one pressure cooker, but the experiment succeeded immediately. The color of the pork belly is gorgeous, the texture is amazingly tender (duangduangduang), and it's incredibly flavorful!
