Pumpkin Dumpling Soup
The taste of childhood~ I still remember how much I loved drinking the 'Dumpling Soup' my mom made when I was a kid~ The flavor was incredibly delicious~ Especially on cold days, a bowl of it would warm me up from head to toe~
Ingredients
Steps
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into chunks. Slice the garlic, and chop the green onion.
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Gradually add a little water into the flour while stirring constantly until it forms snowflake-like dumpling pieces.
Add some cooking oil to a soup pot.
Stir-fry the pumpkin until aromatic to release the fat-soluble vitamins.
Add 3 small bowls of water.
Add the sliced garlic.
Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover the pot and quickly stir in the dumplings to prevent clumping. Season with salt and soy sauce.
Cook the dumplings for 3 minutes.
Slowly drizzle in the beaten eggs.
Bring to a boil and stir gently to keep the egg flowers intact.
Add sesame oil and chopped green onions.
Finally, drizzle in a few drops of vinegar.
The delicious Pumpkin Dumpling Soup is ready to serve.
