🌱Share🌱 Quail eggs braised pork belly, served with two bowls of rice! 😋 👉Ingredients: Pork belly, quail eggs, green onions, ginger, rock sugar, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, salt 👉Cooking Steps: Cut pork belly into chunks and blanch in cold water, then drain and set aside. Heat oil in a pan over low heat, melt rock sugar to make caramel, add ginger slices and green onion segments to release the aroma, then add star anise, cinnamon, and pork belly to coat in caramel. Add quail eggs (scored for better flavor absorption), dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce, stir well, then pour in hot water, cooking wine, and salt. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Increase heat to reduce the sauce, plate the dish, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve!
