Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and boil the quail eggs.
Peel the shells off the quail eggs (Method: Put them in a box with some water and shake).
Prepare an appropriate amount of pork belly and cut into chunks.
Place the pork belly chunks in a pot, blanch them, and rinse clean.
Add some oil to the pot, fry the quail eggs until they turn golden brown, and set aside.
Prepare ginger, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, and cinnamon stick.
Add oil and sugar to the pot, stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color, then add the spices.
Transfer the pork belly to a casserole pot, add water, and simmer.
Simmer for 30 minutes, then add the golden-brown quail eggs and continue simmering.
Reduce the sauce, plate the dish, and the delicious braised pork is ready!
