Ingredients
Steps
Prepare all the ingredients in an organized manner.
Use two burners, one for cooking noodles and the other for boiling okra and egg yolk in water with a spoonful of salt and a few drops of oil. This saves time.
Blanch the okra briefly. Cook one egg yolk in boiling water using a fine sieve to your preferred doneness. You can skip the egg yolk or fry it if you don't like it. Once done, proceed with the broth.
Pour in udon noodle sauce or high-quality soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add pure drinking water. For udon noodle sauce, use a 1:4 ratio with water and usually, no additional salt is needed. Adjust with salt if necessary according to taste.
Cut the okra, slice the meatballs, and add the cooked noodles directly into the broth (adjust cooking time based on noodle brand instructions).
Place all the ingredients on top and enjoy the delicious meal! 😋
