Super Fast Korean Dalgona 400 Times Coffee, Ready in Just 15 Seconds
Cover image from ins: mos_story. 400 times coffee is supposed to be beaten 400 times. For a lazy person like me, using an egg beater requires a big bowl, and it’s not easy to handle small quantities. I found that a milk frother is a magic tool — you can use a small cup and it’s super fast, ready in 15-20 seconds.
Ingredients
Instant Coffee Powder (Not 3-in-1)6g
Sugar6g
Warm Water6g

Prepare the ingredients and a cup for beating the coffee.

Put coffee powder, water, and sugar into the cup and stir to dissolve the sugar and coffee powder.

Then use the milk frother to start mixing.

Count the seconds. It’s really super fast, just about 15-20 seconds. Incredibly quick and foolproof.

Cooking Tips
The 1:1:1 ratio feels a bit thick for me. I prefer it slightly thinner as it’s easier to pour. I adjusted the ratio to 6:6:8 with more water, and it still works perfectly.
