Varied Ways to Eat Luosifen
As someone who loves vegetables, I add lots of my favorite ingredients when eating luosifen, making it even more flavorful.

First, cook the rice noodles in boiling water until done.
Then, boil a fresh pot of water, add the luosifen soup base and chili oil. Add vegetables such as baby greens, wood ear mushrooms, etc., along with all desired toppings. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until all the ingredients are done (add harder-to-cook ingredients first, and softer ones like lettuce last, about 30 seconds before finishing).
After the toppings are cooked, add the cooked rice noodles.
Finally, top with the pickled bamboo shoots, pickled long beans, fried tofu skins, and fried peanuts from the luosifen package. It's ready to serve.
