Cooking Tips

1. Make rose buns in your favorite colors using purple sweet potato, pumpkin, or carrot for coloring. 2. Slightly firmer dough is easier to shape. 3. Dough fermentation temperature: Use warm water in autumn and winter, and cool water in summer. The optimal temperature for yeast propagation is 30–40°C. Below 0°C, yeast becomes inactive, and above 50°C, yeast dies. Therefore, the ideal fermentation temperature is around 30°C.
