Add all ingredients except butter into the bread maker, knead dough for 10 minutes
Add softened butter and continue kneading for 10 minutes
Knead until a thin film forms
Knead smooth and let it ferment
Ferment until doubled in size, poke a hole and it doesn't bounce back
Take out the fermented dough and keep kneading to remove air, divide into 9 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes
Roll into an oval shape
Arrange on a baking tray

Place in the oven for a second fermentation
After fermenting, place a ham sausage in the middle
Brush with egg wash
Sprinkle with scallion and pork floss
Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise
Place in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes
