Scallion Pancakes (Wonton Wrapper Version)
What to do with leftover wonton wrappers? Try making these scallion pancakes! The ingredients are extremely simple, they're crispy and fragrant, and pair wonderfully with a bowl of porridge or soy milk.

Finely chop the scallions, mix with cooking oil and salt.
Lay out 6 wonton wrappers, wet the overlapping edges with a little water to make rolling easier.
Spread some scallion oil on top, not too much.
Roll it up.
Roll it up again, you can use a little water to help it hold its shape.
Gently flatten it with a rolling pin. Be gentle, or the scallion oil might leak out.
Roll it out until thin.
Heat a little oil in a pan, cook the rolled pancake on low heat until both sides are slightly golden.
