Seaweed Pork Floss Toast (Songxia Bread Maker Version)

Ingredients

Seaweed Pork Floss40g
High-gluten Flour200g
Butter35g
Sugar18g
Salt3/4 tsp
Egg25g
Water100ml
Yeast1 1/4 tsp

Steps

Place all ingredients (except yeast) into the bread bucket. Add flour, salt, sugar, and butter first, then pour water and egg liquid along the edges. Finally, put the yeast in the yeast compartment at the top.

After 55 minutes, the bread maker will beep. Open the lid, take out the dough, remove the kneading blade, and roll the dough into a rectangle of 15*25cm. Spread the seaweed pork floss evenly over it.
