[Fresh Shrimp and Bacon Pizza]
My daughter loves pizza so much that every time we go shopping, she pulls me to get some pizza. Eating out always feels expensive, and we never feel full. The crusts are often too hard. Making pizza at home can be softer, with real ingredients and at a lower cost. Haha, aren't I good at managing our life?
Ingredients
Steps
Take a small amount of warm water to dissolve the yeast and add it to the mixed high- and low-gluten flour. Stir clockwise with chopsticks while slowly adding the remaining warm water. Keep stirring until it forms into flaky pieces!
Knead the dough until it’s smooth, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise until it doubles in size. Divide it into three portions.
Prick holes in the rolled-out crust using a fork.
Spread tomato sauce evenly on the crust.
Sprinkle the prepared ingredients in order, place the fresh shrimp, and finally sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese! Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, and it’s done!
Delicious pizza.
How is it? Very appetizing, right? Hurry up and try making it yourself!
