Delicious Shrimp Tofu Egg Custard
Shrimp, tofu, and eggs are tender and smooth, perfect with rice. The ingredients are simple and usually available at home. Making a bowl can make the whole family happy.
Ingredients

Salt3 grams
Tofu1 box
Clear wateras needed
Shrimp20 grams
Scallions3 stalks
Soy Sauce2 spoons
Sesame Oil5 spoons

Take out the boxed silken tofu, plate it, and cut it into small pieces with a knife.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add salt, and beat them.

Add lukewarm water (boiled water cooled slightly) and stir again. Remove any foam.

Pour the beaten egg mixture over the tofu, cover with plastic wrap, and steam for 5 minutes.

Place the shrimp on top and steam for another 5 minutes.

Cooking Tips
Cut a corner of the tofu box first to plate it neatly. Add lukewarm water, which is 1.5 times the volume of the egg mixture.
