Simple Creamy Pumpkin Soup: Nutritious and Beautiful
When I was a child, pumpkin was mostly steamed or used to make pumpkin cakes. Nowadays, there are various ways to enjoy it, such as making pumpkin porridge, pancakes, soup, and so on. No matter how it's prepared, I always love the sweet taste of pumpkin.

Prepare the required ingredients.
Place the pumpkin on a plate, add two bowls of water to a pot, place a steaming rack in the pot, and steam the pumpkin on the rack for 20 minutes.
Put the steamed pumpkin into a blender.
Add the sugar.
Pour the blended pumpkin puree into a saucepan and heat on low heat.
When the pumpkin puree thickens, add the heavy cream.
Once the cream and pumpkin puree are fully combined, turn off the heat.
Pour the pumpkin soup into a bowl.
Wash a cucumber, peel two thin strips, roll them up, and place them in the pumpkin soup as garnish.
Use a spoon or chopsticks to drop a few drops or a ring of cream on the pumpkin soup and create a simple pattern with a toothpick.
Add a mint leaf as decoration. The creamy pumpkin soup is smooth, delicate, and comforting.
