Spicy Beef Rice Noodles with Chili Oil

Chili Bean Pasteto taste
Rice Noodlesto taste
Beef Brisket (I used stewed clear soup brisket)to taste
Leafy Greensto taste
Dried Chilito taste
Garlic Clovesto taste
Soy Sauceto taste
Saltto taste
Green Onionto taste

Peel garlic cloves

Wash leafy greens

Soak rice noodles to soften

Remove and drain the water

Chop coriander and slice green onions

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan and sauté dried chili and garlic cloves

Add chili bean paste and stir-fry

Add stewed beef brisket along with some beef brisket soup

Add a small amount of soy sauce

Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat to allow flavors to infuse

Add a few drops of oil to the water

Blanch leafy greens

Remove from water

Use the water from blanching greens to boil rice noodles

Pour the beef brisket along with its soup and ingredients into the rice noodles

Sprinkle with green onions and coriander!~ Serve with leafy greens while eating~

Cooking Tips
1. While stewing the beef brisket, simmer on low heat to infuse the flavors. Make sure to have enough soup; don't let it dry up.
2. If you're afraid of spicy food... you can use Lao Gan Ma (a Chinese chili sauce)... haha
