Measure an equal amount of boiled water to the weight of the eggs and add it slowly to the egg mixture while stirring continuously until the mixture is uniform. 🌹 You can adjust the water-to-egg ratio according to your taste. Since my child prefers a firmer texture, this ratio results in a firmer steamed egg.

It's best to use a container with a lid. If you don't have one, you can use a plate to cover the container, but make sure it's sealed tightly!

Seal the lid tightly and place the container into the boiling steamer. Steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes after steam starts forming. 🌹 The steaming time depends on the amount of egg and the size and shape of the container. A wide, shallow container requires less time, whereas a small, deep one needs more. Adjust accordingly.
