Sweet and Sour Pineapple Ribs

The ribs are crispy and tender, the pineapple is fragrant, and the dish is sweet and sour.

Cooking Tips

As rock sugar is added while cooking the ribs, no additional sugar is added to the ketchup sauce. If rock sugar was not added earlier, one to two tablespoons of sugar should be added to the ketchup sauce to balance the sweetness and sourness.
