Prepare 1000g of pork belly and clean it thoroughly.
Cut the pork belly into chunks.
Put the pork belly into a pot of cold water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Remove the pork and rinse it clean. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the sliced vegetarian chicken until both sides are golden brown.

Prepare green onions, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, and bay leaves.
