Tofu Broccoli Egg Custard
Simple and delicious
Ingredients
Eggs2
Broccoli8 florets
Steamed Fish Soy SauceModerate amount
Sesame OilModerate amount
TofuHalf block
Steps

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and set aside.

Cut the silken tofu into small pieces and place them in a bowl. I used glucono delta-lactone tofu (silken tofu).

Beat two eggs and mix well. Add a small spoonful of water to the egg mixture and stir it in, then pour the mixture over the tofu. Skim off any foam on the surface.

Place the broccoli on top. Adding some shrimp would make it even better. Steam for 10 minutes. When serving, season with steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil.
