Since June began, the temperature has been rising day by day, and summer seems to be approaching more and more. In the summer kitchen, ovens and steamers are undoubtedly highly useful tools. After all, for a woman who loves beauty and cooking, no one wants to become a greasy-faced housewife. Ovens and steamers can liberate home cooks from smoke and grease, giving them a chance for a dazzling transformation. Oven and steamed dishes are just like this—healthy, low in oil and salt, and they can bring out the natural freshness of the food. During baking, the chicken fat will render out and mix with the juice from the tomatoes, creating a delicious flavor. The chicken skin will turn slightly crispy from roasting. Once finished, remove and serve. The sauce can also be used with rice or pasta—delicious!

Cooking Tips

**Cherry tomatoes are more sweet and sour compared to large tomatoes, making them better for this dish. However, if you don't have cherry tomatoes, large tomatoes cut into small pieces can be substituted. **Make sure to cover the bottom with a full layer of tomatoes. You can use slightly more salt for marinating the chicken legs so that the roasted juices mix with the tomatoes, adding great flavor to the tomatoes as well. **When rubbing the chicken legs with salt and black pepper, remember to massage them. This helps the seasoning to penetrate the meat. Make sure to apply olive oil evenly as well; this ensures the skin roasts to a crispy, golden perfection.
