Caster sugar2 tablespoons
White vinegar1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce1 teaspoon
Water3 tablespoons
Large prawns6–8
Cooking wine1 teaspoon

Steps

Prepare the ingredients. Trim off the prawn whiskers, butterfly the back, remove the vein, wash clean and drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
