100% Whole Wheat Black Sesame Buns (Single Fermentation)
This is a simple and time-saving recipe for small buns. They are soft, low in sugar and fat, making them suitable for those on a diet or controlling sugar intake.

Place water, white sugar, egg, and salt into the bread machine
Add whole wheat flour, black sesame, and yeast
After 15 minutes of kneading, add 15g of corn oil or butter and continue kneading for another 15 minutes
Once the dough is ready, dust a little dry flour and knead to release air
Divide evenly into 9 portions
Roll each small portion into a ball and place them on a baking tray
Ferment at 30°C for about 50 minutes until they double in size
Sprinkle dry flour for decoration, bake at 175°C for 15 minutes on the middle rack
The small buns are very soft and delicious, ideal for a healthy breakfast bread
