100% Whole Wheat Black Sesame Buns (Single Fermentation)

This is a simple and time-saving recipe for small buns. They are soft, low in sugar and fat, making them suitable for those on a diet or controlling sugar intake.

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour260g

White Sugar20g
Yeast Powder4g
Corn Oil/Butter15g

Place water, white sugar, egg, and salt into the bread machine

After 15 minutes of kneading, add 15g of corn oil or butter and continue kneading for another 15 minutes
