Stir-fried Chives with River Shrimp

I remember during my summer vacation as a child, I loved spending time in the river catching river shrimp. I would take them home, dry them, and then stir-fry them with chives. The aroma was truly unforgettable... It’s been a long time since I’ve had it. This time, I bought some from my hometown and have shared it with everyone. It’s super appetizing and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

River shrimp50g
Chivesa handful
Bird's eye chili4-5
Green pepper2
Gingerappropriate amount
Cooking wineappropriate amount
Soy sauce1 tablespoon

Clean the river shrimp and let them dry!

Chop ginger and garlic finely, cut chives into small sections, and slice chili peppers into angled pieces!

Heat the pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add bird's eye chili.

Add the river shrimp, stir-fry with cooking wine for about 5 seconds.

Add green pepper.

Stir-fry the chili peppers until slightly tender, then add the chives. Pour in soy sauce and some salt.

Cooking Tips

Shrimp are naturally very tasty, so there’s no need to add MSG or chicken powder! Fry the river shrimp for a few seconds before adding the green peppers to ensure they don’t turn soft and soggy when cooked!
