Bacon and Roasted Mushroom Pizza

Pizza has been made before, but many people find kneading dough too troublesome and time-consuming. So today, let’s make a lazy version of pizza. Don’t let its simplicity fool you — the taste is anything but simple. Not exaggerating at all, it easily outshines Pizza Hut with more generous toppings, slightly better flavor, and just a bit more stretchy cheese. What’s more, you can have it ready to eat in just 15 minutes! No matter your cooking skill level, success is guaranteed 100%. Lots of ingredients: a 10-inch dough base, 2 big packs of cheese, and even a complimentary small bag of cheddar cheese (a promotion item) ensuring a cheesy flavor explosion.

Thin crust — I prefer this style over the thick, bread-like ones.

Bake for 7-8 minutes until the crust edges turn golden and the cheese melts into a creamy texture. (Adjust depending on temperature deviations in home ovens, which can vary up to 40°C.) For microwaves, place the pizza on a paper base and heat at high power (1000W) for 2.5 minutes. Add another 30 seconds if needed, but avoid overheating. Melted cheese indicates the pizza is ready to cut and serve. Use a dry knife blade for cutting.

Cooking Tips

1. Too much topping can overwhelm the cheese flavor and make it hard to achieve that stringy texture. 2. Squeeze out excess water from vegetables and pre-bake fruits. Avoid adding juicy ingredients like meats directly. 3. Cut while hot and keep the slices close together after cutting. Note: 1. If the prepared pizza won't be cooked immediately, store it in the freezer. 2. Thaw completely before baking; otherwise, the cheese won't melt properly within the given time. 3. Add small amounts of additional time if needed during baking. Avoid overcooking to prevent the cheese from drying out and burning. 4. For gift pizzas, prepare the toppings but do not bake. Wrap with cling film and pack in a pizza box for recipients to heat themselves. Cheese loses aroma and texture if reheated multiple times. 5. Vacuum-sealed packages can be stored frozen for up to one month. After adding toppings, consume within one week as the ingredients may mix and create off-flavors.
