Puppy Milk Flavored Cookies
I bought a set of cute dog-shaped cookie molds and made these super adorable dog cookies. The dog's expressions are vivid and lifelike, super cute!

Soften the butter at room temperature and place it in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and use a manual whisk to beat until white and fluffy.
Add the egg yolks in two batches and continue mixing until well combined.
Add the low-gluten flour and milk powder, and mix with a long-handled soft spatula (or knead it into a dough directly by hand). Place it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then roll the dough into a sheet about 3mm thick with a rolling pin and use cookie molds to cut out shapes.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Place in the middle rack, use top and bottom heat, and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove when the cookies turn yellow. (It's best not to leave the oven unattended; watch the baking progress closely to avoid burning your cookies!)
