Stir-fried Organic Cauliflower with Fermented Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
Organic CauliflowerHalf head (250g)
Pork Belly Slices10 slices (50g)
Lao Gan Ma Fermented Black Bean Sauceto taste
Green Onion, Ginger, and GarlicTo taste
Green and Red PeppersTo taste (1/2 of each)
Carrot Slices10 slices (1/4 carrot)
Chicken Bouillonto taste

Heat the wok, add oil, then ginger and garlic for a quick stir-fry. Add pork slices and stir until they change color. Splash with a bit of cooking wine.

Add Lao Gan Ma fermented black bean sauce and stir evenly.

Add cauliflower and carrot slices and stir evenly.

Stir-fry over high heat entirely. After about a minute, add green and red peppers and stir evenly.

Sprinkle chicken bouillon and chopped green onion, stir a few more times, then serve on a plate.

Cooking Tips
1. Since this is a high-heat stir-fry, it's recommended to cut the cauliflower into smaller florets and trim thick parts for faster cooking and better flavor absorption.
2. If you're unsure about controlling the heat, you can add a bit of water to avoid burning or turn the heat down slightly.
