Teach You to Make Peanut Brittle in Three Steps
Super quick ten-minute peanut brittle, done in three steps, with an amazing taste
Ingredients
Steps
Roast the peanuts in a pan. Then rub them gently with your hands, and the skins will be easily removed.
Pour the sugar into the pan and melt it over medium heat. During the melting process, the white sugar will initially clump, then turn brown. At this stage, reduce to low heat and slowly melt the clumped sugar.
Cook until there are no sugar granules as shown in the picture, then turn off the heat and quickly pour in the peanuts. Stir quickly and evenly.
Quickly pour the peanuts onto a board to shape them. Use a rolling pin to flatten the peanut brittle evenly. While it's still warm, quickly cut it into bars or blocks; once it cools, it will be harder to cut. You can pour it directly onto the board without it sticking.
Get ready to eat! The result is incredibly aromatic! It's not as sweet as the ones sold outside, but it's much more fragrant! Friends won't believe you made it yourself! Hahaha
