Loving tofu slices and fish-flavored pork, I decided to combine them together, and now we have Fish-Flavored Tofu Slices~

Ingredients

Slice the tofu slices and carrot, cut the green pepper into chunks, soak the black fungus, and mince the garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, sugar, and an adequate amount of water to make a sauce, pour it into the pan. Mix sweet potato starch with water, pour it into the pan to thicken the sauce, and serve.
