Curry Chicken Rice
The method of making curry rice is really simple, practically just three steps: chop, fry, and simmer. Even my mother-in-law, who doesn't like Western cuisine, couldn't stop praising it. However, moms should note that when purchasing curry blocks, be sure to choose the non-spicy flavor, which is more suitable for babies!
Ingredients
Steps
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and soak in scallion and ginger water for 10 minutes to remove any fishy smell.
Slice the onion, dice the potato and apple, and cut the carrot into small chunks using the rolling method.
Turn on high heat, add a little oil into a frying pan, and sauté the sliced onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Then add the chicken breast pieces and stir-fry until the surface of the meat turns white.
Next, add the carrot chunks, potato cubes, and apple cubes, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Finally, pour in 500ml of water and add the curry blocks. Cover the frying pan.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Use a small bowl to press a serving of rice and invert it onto a plate.
Scoop the cooked curry and place it around the rice.
Decorate with carrot, nori, and corn to shape a small chicken.
The fragrant and flavorful curry chicken rice is ready!
