Sweet Potato, Tremella, and Goji Berry Soup
Ingredients
Dried Tremella1 piece
Sweet Potato1 piece
Goji BerriesA few grains

Soak dried tremella in warm water until soft.

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces. Wash the goji berries.

Clean the soaked tremella and place it in a pot. Add water and boil until soft and sticky.

Add the sweet potato pieces and continue boiling for about 10 minutes until the sweet potato is cooked.

Lastly, add goji berries and boil for another 5 minutes, then it's ready.

Cooking Tips
If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some rock sugar. However, I used sweet, red-core sweet potatoes, and found their sweetness to be sufficient without adding sugar.
