Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish

After slicing cherry radishes into flower shapes, they easily absorb flavors. Sprinkle some sugar and add a touch of vinegar for a sweet and sour taste. It’s incredibly refreshing and appetizer-worthy!

Cherry Radishto taste
White Sugarto taste
White Vinegarto taste

Wash the cherry radishes after removing their stems.

Cut off the tops and bottoms.

Place the radish head down, and use the feathering knife technique to create thin slices without cutting through. If it’s difficult to master, place two chopsticks underneath to prevent the knife from going all the way through.

Then rotate it, place two chopsticks underneath, and cut the thin slices into strips.

Season with white sugar and white vinegar. For better taste, refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
