Delicious Lazy Breakfast - Milk and Egg Custard
This is a classic breakfast in my home. From childhood to my 20s, this has been my go-to breakfast (at least six times a week). The fact that I'm still not tired of it should be sufficient proof of its deliciousness. My mom really dislikes cooking, so she probably sees its simplicity and quick preparation as a major plus.

Prepare the ingredients
Pour milk into a pot and heat over medium-low heat
Keep the heat on medium-low the entire time
Crack an egg into the milk when it becomes lukewarm
Stir continuously in a clockwise direction with a spoon to break the egg
Add sugar and stir until dissolved
When small bubbles form at the edges and the egg is cooked, remove from heat
Enjoy! The entire process takes less than five minutes and is infused with both milk and egg fragrance
