Braised Abalone with Potatoes
Ingredients
Fresh Abalone6 pieces
Potato500g
Chopped Green OnionAs needed
Abalone Sauce4 tablespoons
Oyster Sauce2 tablespoons
Salt1/4 teaspoon (approximately 2g)
Cooking Wine1 tablespoon

Add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add abalone sauce.

Add potatoes and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce.

Add about a bowl of water, ensuring the water is level with the potatoes. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 8-10 minutes.

Finally, add the abalone and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Cooking Tips
The abalone should not be blanched for too long, about 1 minute is sufficient.
