Quick and Smooth Microwave Steamed Custard

One day when I was steaming eggs, I didn't have a steamer. After 10 minutes of eager anticipation, I ended up with a pot of scrambled egg soup. That's when I thought of using the microwave.

Ingredients

2 eggsto taste
3 times the amount of warm water (around 60°C)to taste
1 small spoon of light soy sauceto taste

3 eggs, approximately 130 grams

Beat the eggs

Pour in warm water (around 60°C) while stirring

Stir well. You can sieve it twice, but I didn't. I prefer it a bit firmer.

Cover with plastic wrap and poke small holes

Place in the microwave

60°C water, 6 minutes on medium-high heat

Cold water, 8 minutes on medium-high heat. Remember to use a towel to avoid burns. Make sure to use microwave-safe dishes.
