Hot Christmas Strawberry Tower
I’ve made this strawberry tower several times recently, but each time I was too rushed to take notes. However, every creation was stunning. Now that strawberry season has begun and Christmas is right around the corner, this strawberry tower is perfect for the occasion. Topped with snowy peaks, festive and fragrant, it brings a feeling of full happiness. I promise to share recipes more diligently going forward. A gift given always leaves a lingering fragrance on the hand.
Ingredients
Steps
Slice the 6-inch chiffon cake into three layers, then use a round cup to cut a concentric circle from the middle layer. Use a slightly larger circular shape to cut another concentric circle from another layer.
Take the remaining outer ring of the first cake layer, cut it at one point, and roll it into a circle.
Do the same with the outer ring left from the other layer, forming the topmost layer of the tower.
Stack the layers by size to create a tower-like shape. Nothing is wasted—it's perfectly sized! Clever, isn't it?
For each layer, use cream + strawberry bits + cream, then cover with cake layer. Gradually, it builds like erecting a skyscraper.
This is a picture from one time I made it. The cream should be whipped to a stiff consistency for the best results.
Smooth the outer layer with cream until it’s neat and shiny. The picture shows a semi-finished product.
Remove the strawberry stems, wash and dry them with kitchen paper, then cut them in half. You’ll need to cut quite a lot.
Start placing the strawberry halves one by one from the bottom to the top. Be sure to distribute evenly and cover as much of the base color as possible to keep it looking attractive.
Tie a ribbon, add a cake topper, then sift milk powder over the top. And you’re done!
Finally, take gorgeous photos! Oh right, for that Christmas vibe, set up a Sony doll, wrap it with fairy lights, and top it with a Christmas cake topper. Perfect for any festive setting—delicious, elegant, and eye-catching!
