Quick Stir-fried Green Peppers with Century Eggs
Ingredients
Green pepper1
Century eggs2
Minced ginger and garlicTo taste
Light soy sauceTo taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel and rinse the century eggs. Cut each egg into 8 wedges and arrange evenly on a plate.

Rinse the green pepper, chop finely, and mix with the minced ginger and garlic; set aside.

Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, add the chopped green pepper with ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Place the stir-fried green pepper, ginger, and garlic mixture in the center of the plate of century eggs.

In a small bowl, make the sauce by adding vinegar, light soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add sugar and salt to taste. If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil.

Pour the sauce over the plate. Finally, you can sprinkle on some crushed peanuts or white sesame seeds.
