Glutinous Rice Stuffed Red Dates

Soak the red dates for half an hour in advance.
Put less than half a small bowl of glutinous rice flour in a bowl, add boiling water, and stir until evenly mixed.
Knead into a dough.
Drain the red dates, cut them open from the middle without cutting all the way through, and remove the pits.
All the red dates with their pits removed are ready.
Take some glutinous rice dough, roll it into small strips, stuff into the red dates, and gently press to close.
Wrap and fill all the dates in turn.
Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes.
The steamed glutinous rice stuffed dates are done.
Remove from the steamer and plate them.
Drizzle a spoonful of honey on top and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
